Short Bio

Paul Ingalls has been developing software for over 15 years and managing XP teams for the last 7. He is currently the Vice President of Technology at Smilebox, where he runs a cutting edge agile development team he’s grown over the last 4 years. Prior to that he ran the XP team which developed and maintained the RealArcade service at RealNetworks. When not working on his latest project or meeting with other area Agile users at the Seattle XP Users group, you can find Paul trying to keep up with his three daughters.
