Short Bio

Bob Screptock is a Senior Consultant with TeamCatapult, located in Bethesda MD. Bob’s primary area of expertise is in Organizational Change and Strategic Human Capital. He works with individuals, teams, and organizations to identify and leverage opportunities for performance improvement. Bob also has extensive experience in change management planning and execution, focusing on the non-technical aspects of change and transition that influence change implementations. These aspects include cultural assessment, process mapping, communications planning and implementation, and transition management, among others. Bob’s previous IT experience includes consulting work with EMC, Inc. on change management implementation involving processes and methodologies during merger & acquistions, and working as an Organizational Development/Change Management Principal at American Management Systems, Inc. in Fairfax VA. Prior to working at American Management Systems, Bob retired from the US Navy, where he served as a Surface Warfare Officer.

Bob’s educational background includes an MA from George Washington University in Education and Human Development, as well as Master’s Certificate in Organizational Development and Change Management from Georgetown University. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas. Bob is a qualified Myers Briggs practitioner, and is certified in several Emotional Intelligence tools, executive coaching through Right Management, and team performance through Allan Drexler Associates.
