- Short Bio
I am an Agile Fellow with Rally Software. I have over 25 years of experience in software development and began my passion around Agile software development before the Agile Manifesto was written. My interests in Agile have grown and diversified: from engineering practices, to team collaboration, to organizational adoption of Agile, to Lean principles that guide Agile, and now to Systems Thinking as a guide for how to stop thinking too small with Agile. I am a Certified Scrum Trainer as well as Practitioner. I am a Certified Professional Facilitator. Most of my reading now is around Lean Thinking and Systems Thinking. I hold a Masters in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and am the author of “Collaboration Explained” in the Addison Wesley Agile Software Development series. I also hold a Masters in French which means I can count in both binary and French. You can find my blog posts at www.rallydev.com/agileblog.
