Short Bio

Matt Roadnight is a consultant for EMC Conchango, a business and technology consulting organisation that has been assisting blue chip organisations deliver business value through IT since 1991. Matt has 20 years experience in the IT industry, since 1997 he has been working with clients to deliver large eCommerce, LOB and Infrastructure projects as well providing strategic consulting for project and operational delivery.

Matt is a CST and has been practicing Scrum for the past five years, in distributed and scaled environments across a number of different organisations. Working as a Scrum Master and Agile coach across a number of EMC Conchango teams and scaled implementations within customer organisations. Matt has worked closely with the user experince and design specicialists on agile projects to address their specific challenges with incremental delivery.
