Thomas Walker is engineer and graduated coach, team- and organizational developer at the “Milton Erickson institute in Heidelberg”. In his work he leads projects of culture change by using Project Retrospectives, Dialogue and Agile Coaching, installing controlling figures and using the sustain focus. Together with Werner Wild he publishes about issues of Agile Software Development. He leaded sessions at the “Project Retrospective Gatherings” 2007 and 2008.
