Gilles Brouillette Ph.D. is a founding partner of the Collaborative Leadership Institute Inc. His life’s work is committed to the study of organizational development and leadership training based on transformational learning. Gilles has been coaching executives, managers and consultants to reflect and to gain clarity on how they are as leaders, how they relate and impact others, and how they can challenge their organization to reach new levels of excellence.
Gilles has been working with individuals and groups in Canada and in the United States for the last 20 years. He works with diverse organizations from all sectors, including Alcan, Bayer, Bell Canada, BMO, Hydro-Québec, Immigration and Refugee Board, Manitoba Telecom Services, Ministry of Attorney General, Ministry of Justice, Service Canada, and The Royal Canadian Mint.
Gilles has a Doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in California and is Certified Executive Coach from Royal Roads University in British Columbia. He is authorized to use the Harvard-tested, Leadership Development Framework and Profile developed by Dr. Susanne Cook-Greuter. Gilles’ developmental coaching approach focuses on both lateral growth and vertical transformation. He has been studying and applying the principles of transformational learning for the last 20 years. His commitment to learning, his expertise in personal and organizational transformation and his authentic character offer a high level of credibility in coaching senior executives on the complex challenges they are currently facing as leaders.
