Short Bio

As Chief Architect at the ITS-ESE program, a $700M program for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Lee is responsible for managing the program’s technology decisions and architecture. Worked as CTO at Lockheed Martin Environmental and Technology Services (E&TS) Line of Business (LoB) includes advising the management board on all aspects of technology-driven market changes. Lee possesses extensive experience in enterprise architecture, object-oriented analysis & design, web-based application, agile programming, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). Other hand-on software development and integration experience includes portal, identity and access management, single sign-on, web services, COTS integration, collaboration suites, web content management, document management, business intelligence, geospatial information systems, ETL, report, and software engineering process improvement. Before joining Lockheed Martin, Lee was a consultant for NuWave Solutions. Lee also worked as senior project manager and software engineer at Northrop Grumman and TRW, where he developed, integrated, and maintained various enterprise systems for the US Department of Defense with SEI-CMMI Maturity Level 5. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (Summa Cum Laude) from the Ohio State University, as well as master’s degree in information and telecommunication systems from Johns Hopkins University. He is currently pursing a doctoral degree in Engineering Management & System Engineering from the George Washington University.
