Experienced manager and change agent. Has coached teams own and clients teams to achieve states of high productivity, self-management and constant improvement.

Being one of the first adopters of agile development in Denmark, Bent as a Manager of SAS Institute’s Danish R&D Lab, started using XP in 1999. Later introduced Scrum and on top of that, with help from Mary and Tom Poppendieck, Lean Development.

Now Director of the Danish Consulting Firm BestBrains. Works with clients in Denmark and US.
