Antony is an independent software craftsman, coach, developer, tester writer and conference-speaker with fourteen years multi-sector experience. His background in Agile Software Development started nearly 9 years ago with an Extreme Programming project. Since then Antony has worked on numerous projects employing both XP and Scrum. As a “generalising specialist”, Antony has diverse skills but with an emphasis on testing and techniques for “baking quality in”.

Antony is referenced in “Bridging the Communication Gap” by Gojko Adzik and has published contributions in the book “Agile Testing” by Lisa Crispin and Janet Gregory. Further to this, Antony regularly writes for Better Software magazine and was successor to Mike Cohn and Brian Marick as a Technical Editor for the magazine. Antony is also an regular guest-lecturer on Test Driven Development and Acceptance Test Driven Development at Oxford University.
