Short Bio

With a Master’s degree in Sociology, Nicola Dourambeis has worked in software delivery since the early dotcom days as a project manager and consultant. For the last six years, Nicola has focused her work as an Agile Project Manager and Coach, specializing in organizational change. She has consulted in the US and UK through ThoughtWorks and independently with companies as diverse as British Telecom, Siemens Medical, LL Bean, Progressive Insurance and Yahoo! to help them adopt Agile. Nicola currently works at Salesforce.com as a Senior Agile Coach helping lead the agile transformation to encompass over 800 people in the R&D, IT and Technical Operations organizations.

Nicola is an experienced presenter with sessions at XP Day 2007 and Agile 2008. She regularly provides training and has presented at several local groups, regularly receiving positive feedback on her experience, knowledge and dynamic presentation style.
