Short Bio: Scott has been active in the Software Industry for more than 18 years. He has held positions at nearly every level of successful organizations, from Software Engineering Manager for the Core Anti-Virus Engine Team at Symantec to Vice President of Engineering and Chief Architect of Vogo Networks/eGlobe Telecommunications. He has focused the last half of his career on organizational process optimization and has worked with a variety of methodologies, including formal waterfall, plan-driven development, TDD, RUP, XP and, of course, Scrum. In his current role as the Agile Coach for MySpace.com, he is headquartered in Beverly Hills but has multi-site responsibilities throughout the organization. He is a Certified Scrum Practitioner, a member of both the Scrum Alliance and the Agile Alliance, and works with Dr. Jeff Sutherland several times per year to arrange and conduct Scrum Master Certification courses in Beverly Hills.
