Short Bio

I came into “Agile” as part of the design patterns community in the mid-to-late nineties, and did some of it in small projects. I’ve spent much of the past 8-9 years trying to scale (adopt and adapt) Agile in large companies and projects, and co-founded the Chicago-land Agile Developers group in 2001. I’ve also been specializing in the realm of “Agile CM/ALM”: I am co-author of the SCM Patterns book (www.scmpatterns.com), the “Agile CM” column in the CM Journal at www.cmcrossroads.com (also an Agile CM blog at http://blog.bradapp.net/), as well as a frequent contributor to, and co-initiator of, the Agile Journal (www.agilejournal.com). Also, as many already know, I am an avid reader and frequent contributor to the various Agile-related e-forums :)
