Steve Berczuk leads and coaches teams in agile software development practices and is the co-author of the book Software Configuration Management Patterns: Effective Teamwork, Practical Integration. Steve has 20 years experience in the software industry, working with both startups and more established companies. In addition to developing software, he helps enable teams to be more agile by helping them to use software configuration management (SCM) and build processes effectively. Steve is a Certified Scrummaster. and holds an M.S. in Operations Research from Stanford University and an S.B. in Electrical Engineering from MIT and is a member of IEEE and ACM.
