Nicole Safley is the Associate Director of Product Services for CARFAX in Columbia, MO. She began working for CARFAX in 2005 as an XP Java Developer during the company transition to Extreme Programming. Nicole worked as an advocate for continual improvement in XP practices while a developer. Currently, she is an Agile Coach for a team of 40 developers and is working with a team of Agile advocates to spread Agile practices throughout the organization.
