Short Bio

As an agile coach, educator, and organizational consultant, I help complex organizations uncover their particular capacity for innovation, adaptability, and organizational learning. Toward this end, whether as a coach, consultant, or teacher, I am committed to creating learning environments in which people find themselves able to move beyond personal and institutional limitations to create organizations that are highly effective, and worthy of their passion and contribution.

Currently, I work mostly with large enterprises attempting large-scale agile adoption efforts. Organizations I have worked with include Capital One, Dell Computer, Liberty Mutual, Vignette, Open Wave, Netspend, National Center for Supercomputing Applications, JDA Software, and Beckman Institute. I am a Ph.D. student in Fielding Graduate University’s School of Human and Organizational Development, where I study organizational change, human development, aesthetics of organization, and group dynamics.
