Paul has more than 26 years of experience in all aspects of software development from in-the-trenches coding to executive engineering management, on a wide variety of projects from embedded real time control to distributed internet business applications. Paul is a recognized expert in agile development, a Certified Scrum Trainer and actively contributes to the evolution of the Scrum process. His recent focus has been on large enterprise initiatives, and applying agile processes to large multi-product, multi-team projects. Paul is a published author and a frequent and popular presenter at conferences (SD Best Practices, SD West, Agile 200x, Agile Development, XP Agile Universe, Java One), professional organizations and user groups.
