Experiences Applying Agile Practices to Large Systems Development

This talk presents real-world experiences applying agile practices to large, systems projects with a high degree of governance. The practices discussed are technical (continuous integration, test-driven development, user stories) and non-technical (communication, welcome changing requirements, frequent collaboration). And it presents several challenges we experienced while scaling agile practices and changes we hope to make on future programs.
This is a traditional talk with interactive questions and answers discussing experiences applying agile practices on large, government programs ranging from $100M to < $1B. I have chose the 45 minutes time slot but could also talk for 90 minutes if that helps your scheduling
