Education of all parties involved and constant communication are key to the success of any agile effort. But when the people making the decisions learn only enough to become dangerous, they can misinterpret the transparency of the information radiators provided by Scrum. The formal slides will present the case study. The material will be narrated with as much humor as can be interjected into such a grim tale. My hope is to follow the presentation with a question-answer session that will set up in no uncertain terms, the dangers of losing control and handing agile adoption over to the uninformed. This is a cautionary tale of how to set your agile adoption back to the dark ages. Let our tale of woe serve as a lesson to all who hear it!
